This circuit is a small group dynamic visual skills training program. It is designed to be used in conjunction with our hitting lessons, goalie lessons, or as a maintenance plan during season.
Razor Sharp Independence $30 per class•$75•No purchase required to enroll
This class is designed for aging adults to take a proactive approach to staying active and prolong their ability to live independently. Participants will train mental agility, focus, concentration, eye-hand coordination, and reaction time and balance. Although the class is in a group setting, each member will have a training program unique to them. This ensures a fun and engaging environment for all.
